Booking and Reservations

Poker Table Bookings

Bookings for poker tables in the poker room are subject to availability and must be made through the website or by contacting us directly. You must be at least 18 years of age to book or participate in poker activities. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or verbal confirmation from our staff.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For private poker events, additional terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Restaurant Reservations

Reservations for the restaurant are recommended, especially for larger groups. We accommodate walk-ins based on availability. Dietary requirements should be communicated at the time of booking so our team can prepare appropriately.

  • We reserve the right to hold a table for up to 15 minutes past the reservation time.
  • For groups of 8 or more, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.

Poker Room Conduct

The poker room is a dedicated space for offline poker. All players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. The following rules apply to all poker activities, including tournaments, private events, and casual play.

  • No cheating, collusion, or any form of unfair play is tolerated.
  • Players must follow the instructions of the dealer and venue staff at all times.
  • Mobile phones and electronic devices must be silenced and used only in designated areas.
  • The venue is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Restaurant Policies

The restaurant at Poker Chalet Griffith offers a premium dining experience. The following policies apply to all restaurant guests.

  • Dress code is smart casual; we reserve the right to refuse entry to guests not meeting the standard.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
